Shipping costs vary. Your purchased items are custom made for you, usually within two hours of you placing your order. Your items will be manufactured and shipped from Birmingham, West Midlands, UK, unless otherwise specified*.
*Purchasing from the Americas (USA, Canada, Central, and South America) your items will be manufactured and shipped from our North American facility in the USA.

*Purchasing and shipping within the Europe Union or Scandinavia, your items will be manufactured and shipped from our European facility in Latvia.

Depending on where you are ordering from, and shipping to, will determine where your items produced, are shipped from, and the shipping cost. You can calculate your shipping costs at the checkout before purchase.

We rely on this global network of shipping services (UPS, FedEx, DHL, EMS) as well as local postal services (USPS, ParcelForce) to get your order to your doorstep as soon as possible.

Returns & Refunds
Salty Hooker want to make sure you love your order and if for any reason you’re not fully satisfied, we’re here to make things right. As long as you contact us within 30 days of receiving your order, we’ll provide a solution.

Damaged/Quality Issues
​
For the fastest resolution, please include a photograph demonstrating the poor quality of the print or the damaged area of the item. The most optimal pictures are on a flat surface, with the tag and error clearly displayed. We will use this information to help you with your order, as well as eliminate errors in future printing.

Gift Returns/Exchanges
​
At Salty Hooker, we understand that gift-giving can be a complex art. If you’ve ordered or received a product as a gift and it needs to be returned, our standard policies will apply.

Refunds
​

PayPal: Any refunds processed will show back up in your Paypal account within 24 business hours. Please note, the refunded amount must be transferred back to your banking institution from your Paypal account.

Credit Card: Any refunds processed via your credit/debit card will show back up in your bank account within three to five business days.
