You can choose between standard and rushed express shipping.

 

Shipping costs vary. Your purchased items are custom made for you, usually within two hours of you placing your order.  If you are purchasing from our UK store, your items will be made and shipped from Birmingham, West Midlands, UK, unless otherwise specified.

 

Purchasing from our International Store, from the Americas (USA, Canada, Central, and South America) your items will be manufactured and shipped from our North American facility in the USA.

 

If you are purchasing and shipping within Asia, Eurasia, and Australasia  (Australia, New Zealand, South Pacific, Middle East) your items will be manufactured and shipped from our Asian facility in Hong Kong.

 

If you are purchasing and shipping within the Europe Union or Scandinavia, your items will be manufactured and shipped from our European facility in Germany.

Import duties may apply if you purchase an item from our UK store to be shipped outside the UK, or from our International store to be shipped to the UK. The timelines below include total time for production AND shipping.

• UK, France, Germany, Netherlands and Sweden: 7 – 12 business days

• Rest of EU countries: 10 – 16 business days

• Rest of world: 15 – 22 business days

• Rush UK: 3 – 4 business days

US Fulfillment*

• Domestic standard shipping: 9 – 12 business days

• International standard shipping: 12 – 15 business days

• Rush (Domestic): 4 – 5 business days

Depending on where you are ordering from, and shipping to, will determine where your items produced, are shipped from, and the shipping cost. You can calculate your shipping costs at the checkout before purchase.

All items are shipped using secure domestic and worldwide shipping carriers. 

We rely on this global network of shipping services (UPS, FedEx, DHL, EMS) as well as local postal services (USPS, ParcelForce) to get your order to your doorstep as soon as possible. 

 

Tracking service details will be included on your confirmed order details as well as on the shipping confirmation email sent to you.
